David Nugent	1ef60eb115	Impose login_cap resource limits on processes started by init. ... /etc/rc started with "daemon" settings. "window=" started with "default" settings gettys started with "default" settings. This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!) avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long. Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.
