ae841d33c3 Do some minor editing of the entires (the date of the smmsp user 
wasn't April 4, but Feb 17th).  Update the updating proceedure to use
the new mergemaster -p flag.  Add a footnote telling users how to cope
if their mergemaster doesn't have a -p flag.

dcf9290c96 Note: INSTALL=install -C is no longer supported. Use COPY=-C instead. 
While the old way will continue to work for a while, it will cause
warnings until after 4.4, but before 4.5.
