5e5459f9e5 Add Belkin USB 2.0 High Speed Host Controller to the USB controller 
list.

Note that this (and the very similar NEC uPD 9210) will attach with
the ehci(4) driver if available.

040d032dba Grrr. We're going to maintain the present errata file until 
5.2-RELEASE.  Use SGML entity as we should for this version instead of

140ab1fb5a Update release documentation version numbers for 5.1-CURRENT.
