cb550ca607 Small tweak to the group parsing code to stop it from core dumping 
on malformed /etc/group entries. This is a band-aid until I can pull
in the newer group parsing code from getgrent .

808a36ef65 Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ 
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.  This update would have been
insane otherwise.

befb003650 Include <sys/types.h> before including <grp.h> so that this doesn't 
depend on <stdio.h> bogusly including <sys/types.h>

Reordered includes to satisfy KNF rules.

0a24e0fafd Improve performance with very large user databases by increasing 
hash table size from 256 to 1024.

Generate output that looks more like the SunOS mknetid: uses a space
instead of tabs for white space.

Fix typo in comment in hash.h: Groupit -> Groupid.
