jkh	808a36ef65	Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ ... This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!) avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long. Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. mpp	3c57dc7753	Correct some man page xrefs, and some other minor changes to bring some ... man pages up to mdoc guidelines and fix some minor formatting glitches.
