aa4ecbabe5 Add dummynet(4) support to if_bridge, this code is largely based on bridge.c. 
This is the final piece to match bridge.c in functionality, we can now be a
drop-in replacement.

.Bd -literal with inconsistent indenting.

b45b9e3cde Remove single-space hard sentence breaks. These degrade the quality 
of the typeset output, tend to make diffs harder to read and provide
bad examples for new-comers to mdoc.
