1ab3783e1a mdoc: move CAVEATS, BUGS and SECURITY CONSIDERATIONS sections to the 
bottom of the manpages and order them consistently.

GNU groff doesn't care about the ordering, and doesn't even mention
CAVEATS and SECURITY CONSIDERATIONS as common sections and where to put
them.

79c7e27631 Tone down warning about the quality of the NTFS VFS module. It appears that 
not all developers share luigi opinion about quality of sysutils/fusefs-ntfs
compared to our kernel NTFS module.

9499f792d5 In the CAVEATS section mention the fact that the NTFS kernel support isn't 
very well maintained and point user to sysutils/fusefs-ntfs, which
at the time of this writing seems to be a better alternative.

8654cdfefc o Mask maximum file permissions we get from mount_ntfs -m 
with ACCESSPERMS.  Document in mount_ntfs(8) only the nine
low-order bits of mask are used (taken from mount_msdosfs(8)).

571ef024e3 - Support for multibyte charsets in LIBICONV. 
- CD9660_ICONV, NTFS_ICONV and MSDOSFS_ICONV kernel options
(with corresponding modules).
- kiconv(3) for loadable charset conversion tables support.

ff1f324516 Remove single-space hard sentence breaks. These degrade the quality 
of the typeset output, tend to make diffs harder to read and provide
bad examples for new-comers to mdoc.
