bde	d3607b7ed9	Use foo/bar.a' instead of -Lfoo -lbar' for linking to static internal ... libraries so that `ld -f' in can create correct dependencies for yet-to-be-built libraries. Get the default BINDIR correctly (by including ../Makefile.inc recursively. Override the default it it is wrong. Don't override defaults when the defaults are correct. jkh	808a36ef65	Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ ... This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!) avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long. Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.
