HEAD. Enable VIMAGE in GENERIC kernels and some others (where GENERIC does
not exist) on HEAD.
Disable building LINT-VIMAGE with VIMAGE being default.
This should give it a lot more exposure in the run-up to 12 to help
us evaluate whether to keep it on by default or not.
We are also hoping to get better performance testing.
The feature can be disabled using nooptions.

* Add in the hints needed for AR933x ath(4) support - this is the nicer way
that allows ath to be a module;
* ATH_EEPROM_FIRMWARE is also required for all AR933x chipsets.
Tested:
* Carambola2, AR933x
This brings the default configurations (drivers, net80211 settings, etc) and some
of the shared configuration into std.AR_MIPS_BASE. I haven't yet moved the
-current settings (witness, memguard, etc) into it.
This should simplify building a lot of the same test images for my MIPS AP board
development and testing.
This is a work in progress; it's not designed to be perfect!
* add EARLY_PRINTF for debugging
* update module list to be much larger
* add random, otherwise well, stuff doesn't work.
* IPFIREWALL_DEFAULT_TO_ACCEPT
Tested:
* AP93 (AR7240 + AR9280)
TODO:
* rename to std.AR724X
* unify the built module list between all of the mips24k/mips74k atheros config files -
now that the HAL, hwpmc, USB, etc are per-chip/per-arch modules it is easy to just
compile them all and only include the ones you care about.
* Map change: create a combined kernel+rootfs image. The instructions I'll post
on the wiki (which will be for a very outdated dev board, but at least will
explain the what/why for posterity) will include how to reset the boot command.
Tested:
* AP93 dev board (AR7240 + AR9280)
* Target module have ic plus etherswitch ip175c.
* Also add etherswitch support code on rt driver.

Stop building BERI_DE4_BASE and BERI_SIM_BASE, they aren't particularly
valid as they don't have a root dev. Do build BERI_DE4_SDROOT which
does so devices get coverage.
Remove ident from BERI_DE4_BASE for the reasons above which will cause
it to fail to build. BERI_SIM_BASE was already this way and broke
universe.[0]

Upstream GCC and devel/mips64-gcc use "octeon+" as the CPU setting for
the Octeon processor in the EdgeRouter Lite. As of r312899 the base
system GCC 4.2.1 accepts octeon+ as an alias for the Octeon support
added in r208737 for the same CPU.

This patch adds missing hints for ath0 (eepromaddr) and GPIO (mask & leds).
ath0 doesn't work without eeprom hints, so this commit should make wifi
works on Onion Omega.
GPIO mask is required if you want to use gpiobus and GPIO pins on your
board. Onion Omega has several leds connected to gpio pins (one on board,
one color on dock).
This commit adds mask for gpiobus and allow you to turn off/on leds via
/dev/leds/{board,blue,green,red} (on by default).
Tested on Onion Omega 1.
