b45b9e3cde Remove single-space hard sentence breaks. These degrade the quality 
of the typeset output, tend to make diffs harder to read and provide
bad examples for new-comers to mdoc.

1f5a4f9ad4 Various man page cleanup: 
- Sort xrefs
- FreeBSD.ORG -> FreeBSD.org
- Be consistent with section names as outlined in mdoc(7).
- Other misc mdoc cleanup.

808a36ef65 Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ 
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.  This update would have been
insane otherwise.

69247d533f Fixed some minor formatting problems to silence manck some more. 
Corrected some bogus cross references to man pages that we don't/won't
have and either deleted them, or found a more appropriate man page
that we do have.  Various other minor changes to silence manck.

Manck is currently down to about 200 lines of errors, down from
the 500 - 600+ when I started all this.

43ec315767 A couple more updates to the man page.. 
1: the eisa code has not been updated to the 'new style' code yet
2: recieve buffer flushing is now implemented.

310628bfbd Add and enable a man page for si(4) - the specialix serial driver.. 
I couldn't use the original, as it had unusable copyright on the manpage..

(now that must be a first.. the source copyright was fine, the manpage
was not..)
