This includes a description of all the generic CAM kernel options, as
well as a description of some of the CAM debugging printf options.
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.
This is performed by using a line similar to:
controller scbus0 at ahc0 bus 1
to wire scbus0 to the second bus on an adaptec 2742T controller.
