008d7c831f Add META_MODE support. 
Off by default, build behaves normally.
WITH_META_MODE we get auto objdir creation, the ability to
start build from anywhere in the tree.

Still need to add real targets under targets/ to build packages.

720e9b2d9f Do not tread 128-bit UUID as int128. Provide separate macros to get/put 
128-bit UUID libsdp(3). Fix 128-bit UUID printing in sdpcontrol(8).

c114a6212c - One can use both BD_ADDR or name to specify address of the Bluetooth device. 
Update man pages to document this fact.

- Update usage messages

- Change u_intXXX to uintXXX

8a9c8a287a Import sdpd(8) sources. This is Bluetooth Service Discovery Protocol daemon. 
Extend libsdp(3) API to allow service registration and removal.
Fix uninitialized variable bug in sdpcontrol(8).
