5c2c3d8274 Add ath(4) devices. Also try to be more specific with respect to

f5521f77ff Start to fill in amd64 hardware notes based on info from peter.

5e5459f9e5 Add Belkin USB 2.0 High Speed Host Controller to the USB controller 
list.

Note that this (and the very similar NEC uPD 9210) will attach with
the ehci(4) driver if available.
