9baf2f1b03 Default to WARNS=2.
Binary builds that cannot handle this must explicitly set WARNS=0.

b34e81139a Properly check the return values from malloc(3).
Remove some PNP-related dead code that is unlikely to survive the
changes in -current PNP anyway.

1b6ed6875d Get this to compile again. struct pnp_cinfo went away so
this is just a temporary hack until someone figures out
what they want to do with the override tables etc.

Example copied: sys/isa/{pnp,sio}.c
