037412ba78 The usage string: renice [priority | [-n incr]] ... assumed that the part
`priority | [-n incr]' was optionnal which is wrong according to the code.
Add FreeBSD Id.

58d4fae22c Process and user ID arguments must be treated as decimal integers,
not octal or hex. This is the way it was before revision 1.10.

67bb0d1cc5 Diagnostic messages belong on stderr, not stdout. SUSv3 specifies that
renice may not use stdout at all.

6578739ddb Add $Id$, to make it simpler for members of the translation teams to
track.

The $Id$ line is normally at the bottom of the main comment block in the
man page, separated from the rest of the manpage by an empty comment,
like so;

     .\"    $Id$
     .\"

If the immediately preceding comment is a @(#) format ID marker than the
the $Id$ will line up underneath it with no intervening blank lines.
Otherwise, an additional blank line is inserted.
