jkh	808a36ef65	Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ ... This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!) avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long. Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. imp	87f4f38d8e	Merge in the NetBSD changes to cat.c. These appear to have come from ... the 4.4 lite 2 tape as well. There are now only two diffs between NetBSD's cat and FreeBSD's cat: getopt return value is -1 on NetBSD and EOF on FreeBSD.
