Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$
...
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

After pst and ache fixed secure telnet, it was still not in the main
...
makefiles. This puts it in.
PLEASE NOTE - YOU WILL NEED TO BUILD AND INSTALL THE libtelnet IN secure/

...
in order to get things like SHLIB_MAJOR etc.
