008d7c831f Add META_MODE support. 
Off by default, build behaves normally.
WITH_META_MODE we get auto objdir creation, the ability to
start build from anywhere in the tree.

Still need to add real targets under targets/ to build packages.

a712074b22 Add "human" option to print IPv4/IPv6 flows in human-readable format. 
Show IPv4/IPv6 header IFF there are some flows following.
Wrap some long lines.

1adac93bc0 Conditionally compile in the IPv4/IPv6 address family support. 
Test it with feature_present(3), so that we do not end up with passing
an unsupported version to NgSendMsg(3).

3960614646 mdoc: order prologue macros consistently by Dd/Dt/Os 
Although groff_mdoc(7) gives another impression, this is the ordering
most widely used and also required by mdocml/mandoc.
