Merge changes from vendor branch;
...
- connector selection values (should fix aui/bnc),
- non-shifting version of crc calculation using a table,
- interrupt mask adjustments,
- add some brackets where a #ifdef could break an if(),
- don't reset the card unless it's up.

.tar.gz on the 3am-software web site.
