9da7bdde06 spdx: initial adoption of licensing ID tags. 
The Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) group provides a specification
to make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well known
opensource licenses. We are gradually adopting the specification, noting
that the tags are considered only advisory and do not, in any way,
superceed or replace the license texts.

Special thanks to Wind River for providing access to "The Duke of
Highlander" tool: an older (2014) run over FreeBSD tree was useful as a
starting point.

Initially, only tag files that use BSD 4-Clause "Original" license.

e48f76df85 Spell void * as void * rather than caddr_t. This is complicated by the 
fact that caddr_t is often misspelled as char *.

7a79f7c5cf Back out unnecessary overly-paranoid paranoia test from here too; yp_access() 
does the right thing already.

261bc7b574 Add extra paranoia test. In theory this doesn't really gain you anything, 
but the extra warning message could be useful.

808a36ef65 Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ 
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.  This update would have been
insane otherwise.

46fcb35f23 Add checks for byte order and DB type mismatches. We ignore the 
filename argument for now: it's really only useful for .dir/.pag-style
ndbm databases, which we don't support anyway.
