3e6427f35f Correct man page section number references (e.g. don't use the 
old 1M, 3X and 3S section numbers) and make some minor formatting
changes to silence manck.

c211e812bb Added some missing MLINKS for section 3 man pages. 
Also corrected a few minor formatting errors, file location and cross
references in some of the section 3 man pages.

This shuts up a lot of the output from "manck" for section 3.
