3443796a04 If the installation media disappears in the process of installing 
a distribution, recognize it and treat as fatal media error. This
happens in the case of a timeout on FTP installations where the
user chooses not to select another FTP site, and resulted in
segmentation fault.

241a2df74b Change the text in the mouse protocol menu to indicate that protocols 
for serial mice won't work with the PS/2 and bus mice.  No functional
change.

d2dd4d79b4 Add info on OSF/1 emulation, IDE support on Alpha. Removed some references
