jkh	808a36ef65	Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ ... This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!) avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long. Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. jkh	ff9186df13	Next round of changes - make dialog boxes drawable at arbitrary X,Y locations ... and add selection traversal callbacks so context-sensitive behavior can even be implemented for individual menu items.
