rgrimes	c2c539a1c1	Since pwd_mkdb always works in /etc no matter what I added pwd.db and ... spwd.db that are created from the template master.passwd to src/etc so that a build distribution can populate /etc correctly. rgrimes	0e1a09ce4b	Brought in NetBSD Makefile, which was then fixed up to use mtree for ... building the distrubution hierarchy. Still needs some work, but atleast this version runs and does most of the right things.	1993-07-19 18:54:09 +00:00
