peter	15b9bcb121	Change #ifdef KERNEL to #ifdef _KERNEL in the public headers. "KERNEL" ... is an application space macro and the applications are supposed to be free to use it as they please (but cannot). jkh	808a36ef65	Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ ... This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!) avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long. Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.
