UCL is heavily infused by nginx configuration as the example of a convenient
configuration system. However, UCL is fully compatible with JSON format and is
able to parse json files.
UCL is used by pkg(8) for its configuration file as well for the manifest format
in packages, it will be used in base for the pkg boostrap (signature checking
and configuration file parsing.)

It is a small and lightweight Mail Transport Agent.
It accepts mails from locally installed Mail User Agents (MUA) and delivers the
mails either locally or to a remote destination. Remote delivery includes
several features like TLS/SSL support, SMTP authentication and NULLCLIENT.

Should fix the build with g++/libstdc++.
This is what we used to do prior the import of atf 0.20 and the build worked
just fine with both libstdc++ and libc++. Still investigating how to properly
fix this upstream so that we do not hit the same issue on the next import.
all of the features in the current working draft of the upcoming C++
standard, provisionally named C++1y.
The code generator's performance is greatly increased, and the loop
auto-vectorizer is now enabled at -Os and -O2 in addition to -O3. The
PowerPC backend has made several major improvements to code generation
quality and compile time, and the X86, SPARC, ARM32, Aarch64 and SystemZ
backends have all seen major feature work.

was caused by upstream libc++ commit r194536, which aimed to make the
headers more standards-compliant, by making std::pair's copy constructor
trivial. Unfortunately, this could cause certain C++ applications using
shared libraries built against the previous version of libc++ to crash.
Fix the ABI incompatibility by making std::pair's copy constructor
non-trivial again.
Please note: Any C++ applications or shared libraries built with libc++
between r261283 and this revision should be recompiled.

Allow transformation of VariableArray to ConstantArray.
In the following code:
struct A { static const int sz; };
template<class T> void f() { T arr[A::sz]; }
the array 'arr' is represented as a variable size array in the template.
If 'A::sz' gets value below in the translation unit, the array in
instantiation can turn into constant size array.
This change fixes PR18633.
Differential Revision: http://llvm-reviews.chandlerc.com/D2688
This fixes "Assertion failed: (T::isKind(*this)), function castAs"
errors, which can occur when building the security/quantis port.

Support for warnings about missing prototypes in C++ was added by Apple
GCC (Radar 6261539). Most of the code crept into r260311 so it felt
natural to make use of it.

Don't use nopl in cpus that don't support it.
Patch by Mikulas Patocka. I added the test. I checked that for cpu names that
gas knows about, it also doesn't generate nopl.
The modified cpus:
i686 - there are i686-class CPUs that don't have nopl: Via c3, Transmeta
Crusoe, Microsoft VirtualBox - see
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=775414
k6, k6-2, k6-3, winchip-c6, winchip2 - these are 586-class CPUs
via c3 c3-2 - see https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/19733 as a proof that
Via c3 and c3-Nehemiah don't have nopl

attributes that have form DW_FORM_sec_offset.
* If the .debug_info section conforms to DWARF4, do not allow the value
of attributes with form DW_FORM_data[48] to be used as section
offset.
(DWARF4) form DW_FORM_flag_present which implicitly indicates the
presence of the attribute. Manual page is updated to reflect this
change.
Note that this was previously fixed in the old libdwarf.
Among some of the objc changes from Apple that crept into r260311,
Radar 5355344 is incomplete and is not used since we don't carry
ObjC in the base system.
The dead code seems to have caused issues in some Tinderboxes so
get rid of it altogether.
