140668552c Various sanitizations: 
. Don't clobber the TERM setting; it's supposed to be done by /etc/ttys
  already.
. Comment out the Interviews stuff, 98 % of all users probably won't
  ever use it.
. Install the files with better default permissions in the skeleton
  directory; pw(8) retains the permissions when creating a new
  acount, and installing them read-only is stupid, yet installing
  .rhosts world-readable is dangerous.

89db977f7e Bring intro(3) a bit closer to reality: 
1)	comment out xref to non-existant libc(3)
2)	comment out reference to Fortran specific section (3f)
3)	add libkvm with reference to kvm(3)
4)	comment out xref to non-existant pc(1)
5)	comment out libplot and libplotf77
6)	fix problem with -ltermcap not being parenthesized
7)	sort files listing

still missing most of the libraries that exist in /usr/lib.

40f9a4d635 Removed bogus NOOBJ ifdef which was added in rev.1.18-1.19. SRCS is 
for C sources only and must not be set if you don't want C objects.

This should fix PR2748.

This should go in 2.2.

9e8f1bd4ec Select between the generic math functions and the i387-specific ones 
at runtime.

etc/make.conf:
Nuked HAVE_FPU option.

lib/msun/Makefile:
Always build the i387 objects.  Copy the i387 source files at build
time so that the i387 objects have different names.  This is simpler
than renaming the files in the cvs repository or repeating half of
bsd.lib.mk to add explicit rules.

lib/msun/src/*.c:
Renamed all functions that have an i387-specific version by adding
`__generic_' to their names.

lib/msun/src/get_hw_float.c:
New file for getting machdep.hw_float from the kernel.

sys/i386/include/asmacros.h:
Abuse the ENTRY() macro to generate jump vectors and associated code.
This works much like PIC PLT dynamic initialization.  The PIC case is
messy.  The old i387 entry points are renamed.  Renaming is easier
here because the names are given by macro expansions.

81a53fe8ef In the "cleanobj" target, always remove the old-style "${.CURDIR}/obj" 
links if they exist.  The old-style links confused make and caused
problems when upgrading from a 2.1.5 or 2.1.6 system.

I will merge this into -2.2.
