Simon J. Gerraty	ccfb965433	Add META_MODE support. ... Off by default, build behaves normally. WITH_META_MODE we get auto objdir creation, the ability to start build from anywhere in the tree. George V. Neville-Neil	4d37a12307	Add support for our own DTrace scripts and those from the DTraceToolkit ... to the build system.
