ee23b7758f Explicitly add unmarked bin/ binaries to the runtime package.
Note: tcsh(1) has a MK_TCSH=no test, so this should be a separate
package, which requires pre-install/post-install scripts, to be
added later.

008d7c831f Add META_MODE support.
Off by default, build behaves normally.
WITH_META_MODE we get auto objdir creation, the ability to
start build from anywhere in the tree.

Still need to add real targets under targets/ to build packages.

fbb83e78c0 Fix warnings found by -Wmising-variable-declarations.
This self-written compiler warning, which is hopefully going to be
committed into LLVM sources soon, warns about potentially missing
`static' keywords, similar to -Wmissing-prototypes.

- bin/pax: Move external declaration of chdname and s_mask into extern.h.
- bin/setfacl: Move setfacl.c-specific stuff out of setfacl.h.
- sbin/mount_fusefs: Remove char *progname; use getprogname().
- others: add `static' where possible.

7b532e0b89 In getfacl(1) manual page, mention where to read about the ACL syntax.
PR submitter suggested adding it to acl(3) instead, but I don't think
pointing ordinary users at section 3 is a good idea.

635446ba11 Add "-h" arguments to getfacl and setfacl, which behave in a manner
similar to "-h" on chown, chmod, etc, causing the operation to occur
on a final symlink in the provided path, rather than its target.

a743b5e38f - Consistent use of warn() vs. perror().
- Gracefully handle the case where standard input is missing
  a newline at EOF.
- Exit with status 1 instead of -1 (really 255) on error.
- Add a Diagnostics section to the manual page documenting
  exit status.
