Walking a linked list of all glyphs to look for a duplicate is very slow
for large fonts (e.g., for CJK character sets). In my test the runtime
for a sample 40000 character font went from just over 80 seconds on
average to just over 2 seconds.

r267123: Support "GNU Unifont" format font data
The GNU Unifont .hex format is a text file. Each line represents one
glyph and consists of a four-digit hex code point, a colon, and pairs of
hex digits representing the bitmap. By default an 8x16 font is assumed,
with 16x16 double-width glyphs, resulting in either 32 or 64 hex digits
for the bitmap.
Our version of the file format supports comments at the top of the file
to set the height and width:
Each row of bitmap data is rounded up to byte width - for example, a
10-pixel wide font uses 4 characters per row.

Avoid hardcoding "gcc" in the DTrace tests.
At least one test doesn't work yet without gcc, however gcc is
not always available in base. Using the environment compiler
is more trustable and will also work with an external compiler.

Upgrade our copy of llvm/clang to 3.4 release. This version supports
all of the features in the current working draft of the upcoming C++
standard, provisionally named C++1y.
The code generator's performance is greatly increased, and the loop
auto-vectorizer is now enabled at -Os and -O2 in addition to -O3. The
PowerPC backend has made several major improvements to code generation
quality and compile time, and the X86, SPARC, ARM32, Aarch64 and SystemZ
backends have all seen major feature work.

Fix a crash that occurs when PWD is invalid.
MCJIT needs to be able to run in hostile environments, even when PWD
is invalid. There's no need to crash MCJIT in this case.
The obvious fix is to simply leave MCContext's CompilationDir empty
when PWD can't be determined. This way, MCJIT clients,
and other clients that link with LLVM don't need a valid working directory.
If we do want to guarantee valid CompilationDir, that should be done
only for clients of getCompilationDir(). This is as simple as checking
for an empty string.
The only current use of getCompilationDir is EmitGenDwarfInfo, which
won't conceivably run with an invalid working dir. However, in the
purely hypothetically and untestable case that this happens, the
AT_comp_dir will be omitted from the compilation_unit DIE.
This should help fix assertions occurring with ports-mgmt/tinderbox,
when it is using jails, and sometimes invalidates clang's current
working directory.

MFC 263049:
Garbage collect the old way of adding the libstdc++ include directories
in clang's InitHeaderSearch.cpp. This has been superseded by David
Chisnall's commit in r255321.
Moreover, if libc++ is used, the libstdc++ include directories should
not be in the search path at all. These directories are now only used
if you pass -stdlib=libstdc++.
This is a MFC of all the commits listed below.
My original goal of this change was to only merge the move of the tests
from tools/regression/bin/ into the new layout (which include tests for
sh(1) and other tools as well). However, doing so is tricky due to the
ongoing work in sh(1) and, especially, the many changes to its tests
since stable/10 was first branched.
Merging everything is the simplest way to achieve this goal and, as a
bonus point, we get various fixes and miscellaneous improvements into
the branch.
Per jilles' suggestion, I'm avoiding the merge of a couple of changes
(r256850 and r257506) that required depending kernel changes. I'm also
avoiding very recent changes that have not had a long enough time to be
validated in current.

An ABI incompatibility crept into the libc++ 3.4 import in r261283. It
was caused by upstream libc++ commit r194536, which aimed to make the
headers more standards-compliant, by making std::pair's copy constructor
trivial. Unfortunately, this could cause certain C++ applications using
shared libraries built against the previous version of libc++ to crash.
Fix the ABI incompatibility by making std::pair's copy constructor
non-trivial again.
Please note: Any C++ applications or shared libraries built with libc++
between r261283 and this revision should be recompiled.

Rename definition of IEEE80211_FC1_WEP to IEEE80211_FC1_PROTECTED.
The origin of WEP comes from IEEE Std 802.11-1997 where it defines
whether the frame body of MAC frame has been encrypted using WEP
algorithm or not.
IEEE Std. 802.11-2007 changes WEP to Protected Frame, indicates
whether the frame is protected by a cryptographic encapsulation
algorithm.

Add a command line argument to turn off blocking waiting for the user
to press Ctrl-C (-b). This allows tests with tight loops of mcgrabs
that can stress the multicast tables.

clang-specific or gcc-specific flags, introduce the following new

- Fix ALWAYS_INSTALL to take precedence over the FreeBSD ID checks.
- Fix the -F option in the case that the only upstream change is a
change in the FreeBSD ID and the local file is removed.
- Refresh /etc/localtime after each update using tzsetup -r.
- Regenerate /var/db/services.db when /etc/services changes.
