3960614646 mdoc: order prologue macros consistently by Dd/Dt/Os 
Although groff_mdoc(7) gives another impression, this is the ordering
most widely used and also required by mdocml/mandoc.

ff1f324516 Remove single-space hard sentence breaks. These degrade the quality 
of the typeset output, tend to make diffs harder to read and provide
bad examples for new-comers to mdoc.

f1c9af5ab1 Make buf in authflags a little bigger because 2 strings can be 
concatenated and 20 bytes (the old size) is kind of tight.

f865af2794 The spppcontrol(8) utility that is required to set or display things 
like PAP and CHAP secrets with sppp(4).  This is the first utility
using the new SIOC[SG]IFGENERIC ioctls (and the reason for inventing
them in the first place).
