ae853b3a11 Allow loadable interface drivers with BPF support to be loaded into a kernel
that doesn't have it. This is achieved by having minimal do-nothing stubs
enabled when there are no bpfilter devices configured.

Driver modules should be built with BPF enabled for maximum
convenience (but can be built without it for maximum performance).

ac52f6b758 Sample initial set of kld-ified modules. Not all have been completely
converted yet. These are more of a starting point. This is NOT connected
to the parent Makefile.

OK'ed by jkh (who is ever so patiently waiting)

6a99eb78ce Don't put "-I." in ${CFLAGS} here. bsd.kmod.mk now puts an absolute
path to the obj directory in ${CFLAGS}. This is actually equivalent
to "-I." since bsd.kmod.mk also puts -I- in ${CFLAGS}.

808a36ef65 Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

d590bce33d The discard, tunnel, SLIP, and PPP network interface pseudo-devices
are now dynamically loadable. It doesn't make sense to do the same
for the loopback.
