7bdd95a9ab With GCC 3, we *must* use the GCC stdarg.h. We can no longer just make 
_BSD_VA_LIST_ match what we think the compiler is doing.

b4dcc8bb37 Don't attempt to generate errors for unpromoted types in va_arg(), 
since it is impossible to distinguish unpromoted types from small
(struct) types.  Renamed __va_promote() to __va_size() since it is
related to sizes of args on the stack and not to promotion.

808a36ef65 Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ 
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.  This update would have been
insane otherwise.

371ee40cea Made all header files idempotent and moved incorrect common data from 
headers into a related source file.  Added cons.h as first step towards
moving i386/i386/cons.h to machine/cons.h where it belongs.

721e412d5e Removed all patch kit headers, sccsid and rcsid strings, put $Id$ in, some 
minor cleanup.  Added $Id$ to files that did not have any version info, etc
