uqs 3960614646 mdoc: order prologue macros consistently by Dd/Dt/Os
Although groff_mdoc(7) gives another impression, this is the ordering
most widely used and also required by mdocml/mandoc.

.Sh DESCRIPTION
This renames a file and possibly changes its parent directory.
If the destination object exists, it will be removed first.

Its arguments are:

The vnode of the old parent directory.

The vnode of the file to be renamed.
.It Fa fcnp
Pathname information about the file's current name.
.It Fa tdvp
The vnode of the new parent directory.

The vnode of the target file (if it exists).
.It Fa tcnp
Pathname information about the file's new name.

.Sh LOCKS
The source directory and file are unlocked but are expected to have their
ref count bumped on entry.
The VOP routine is expected to

both prior
to returning.
