The previous code used to grab definitions from these openssl/openssh, but this is no longer needed and is no longer correct. libnetbsd provides all of the needed definitions libnetbsd is added to CFLAGS automatically via netbsd-tests.test.mk -- hence all of CFLAGS can be cleared
