Dag-Erling Smørgrav 11025839d5 Don't build auth-pam.c and auth2-pam.c, auth2-pam-freebsd.c is all we need.
Use pthreads for PAM if the platform supports it and the user asked for it
(by setting OPENSSH_USE_POSIX_THREADS)
