Jeffrey Hsu 1a52d4a817 Merge in Lite2: add function prototype.

Note: Lite2 struct sysent changes need to go in FreeBSD sysent.h instead.
Leave out prototype for nosys() until convert makesyscalls.sh
  over to Lite2 format, if we ever do so.
