pfg 1aa315f81e MFV r302423: Bring older verbatim version of cpuid.h This file is used regularly in FreeBSD builds but we usually use the similar file provided by clang. By providing the older file introduced in GCC 4.3, we hope to mimic better what is provided by an external toolchain. This directory contains machine-specific files for the GNU C compiler.
It has a subdirectory for each basic CPU type.
The only files in this directory itself
are some .h files that pertain to particular operating systems
and are used for more than one CPU type.
