Makoto Matsushita bb9bc62f9a Fix /dev/acdNc minor device number. This bug prevents installing FreeBSD
from CD-ROM in 4-stable.  Note that in 5-current, we use devfs so this
change (hopefully) shouldn't change anything.

I'll MFC to 4-stable later.

Tested with: FreeBSD/i386, 4.5-STABLE-20020330-JPSNAP
