to SI_SUB_VINUM, thus making it possible for Vinum to access I/O devices and start. Replace the preprocessor variable names BDEV_MAJOR and CDEV_MAJOR with VINUM_BDEV_MAJOR and VINUM_CDEV_MAJOR respectively. Style fixes: replace NULL with 0 where appropriate.
