- get dependency info from PT_DYNAMIC's DT_NEEDED tags.
 - store MODINFOMD_DYNAMIC for the kernel's later use
setenv kernelname when we have it
Fix firstaddr/lastaddr calculation (duh! :-)
Explicitly skip string table with section names in it.
