Alexander Langer c0e366326f Implement pthread read/write locks as defined by Version 2 of the Single
UNIX Specification.

As with our standard mutexes, process shared locks are not supported at
this time.

function is used to release the read/write lock previously obtained by

.Fn pthread_rwlock_tryrdlock ,
or
.Fn pthread_rwlock_trywrlock .
.Sh RETURN VALUES
If successful, the
.Fn pthread_rwlock_unlock
function will return zero. Otherwise an error number will be returned
to indicate the error.
