Ed Maste eda7d3bec4 Do not install GNU ld if lld is /usr/bin/ld GNU binutils ld.bfd 2.17.50 does not support ifuncs and produces broken binaries when ifuncs are in use. When LLD_IS_LD is default we have an ifunc-capable system linker and can just avoid installing ld.bfd. This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
