Chris D. Faulhaber 3dfe3292f1 Correct the acl_set_permset and acl_set_tag_type man pages
which somehow got mixed up with the acl_get_* man pages.

is a POSIX.1e call that sets the permissions of ACL entry

with the permissions contained in

Upon successful completion, the function will return a value of

Otherwise, a value of
.Va -1
will be returned, and
.Va errno
will be set to indicate the error.

If the following condition occurs, the

function will return a value of

to the corresponding value:
