Kazutaka YOKOTA 6f6fe825bd - `Newbus'ified the driver.
- Properly keep track of resources (I/O ports and irq).
- Use bus_space_read/write() to access the ports.
- Add PnP IDs.
- Add a watchdog timer in case interrupts are lost (experimental).
- Add `detach' function (experimental).
