Marius Strobl 4baa0720d8 - Add missing opt_isa.h. This fixes the standalone build of sound.ko ... after sys/dev/sound/pcm/channel.c rev. 1.99, i.e. when there's no existing KERNBUILDDIR with an opt_isa.h defined. - Sync with sys/dev/sound/pcm/channel.c rev. 1.99 (sort of), i.e. never compile in isadma support on sparc64 as we just never need it there.
