Dag-Erling Smørgrav 43e73ba0c2 Change the FreeBSD version addendum to "FreeBSD-20020402". This shortens
the version string to 28 characters, which is below the 40-character limit
specified in the proposed SECSH standard. Some servers, however (like the
one built into the Foundry BigIron line of switches) will hang when
confronted with a version string longer than 24 characters, so some users
may need to shorten it further.

$FreeBSD$

This directory is for the EXACT same use as src/contrib, except it
holds crypto sources. In other words, this holds raw sources obtained
from various third party vendors, with FreeBSD patches applied. No
compilation is done from this directory, it is all done from the
src/secure directory. The separation between src/contrib and src/crypto
is the result of an old USA law, which made these sources export
controlled, so they had to be kept separate.
