* Force "lookup <port|uid|gid|jid>" to be IPFW_TABLE_NUMBER
* Support "lookup" method for number tables
* Add number:array algorihm (i32 as key, auto-growing).

Userland changes:
* Support named tables in "lookup <tag> Table"
* Fix handling of "table(NAME,val)" case
* Support printing "number" table data.
