Satoshi Asami 45ff627839 I'm not going to whine to Jordan anymore, since he seems to be busy with
the other two trees.  Bump RELDATE to Feb 1997, one greater than 2.2.
Now I can go update my porting.sgml.

NOT a 2.2 candidate, in case phk's wondering. :)
