Temporarily revert upstream llvm trunk r240144 (by Michael Zolotukhin):
[SLP] Vectorize for all-constant entries.
This should fix libc++'s iostream initialization SIGBUSing whenever the
global cout symbol is not aligned to 16 bytes.
